They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I left this facility when I saw an employee (nurse) working in the Emergency area who frequently use Marijuana (morning, day and night). I could not trust being in her care. I could not even trust her confidentiality if she by chance was the one to see my chart. I think the facility needs to do random drug tests on their employees. It is not safe for patience to be under care of health care individuals who indulge in drugs. How about giving your staff a surprise drug test. Especially your nurses or nurse assistants. I know for a fact this particular one will not pass at any given time.
