I love this vet and have been taking my pets their for a long time. I have seen many doctors there and all of them are very caring and know their stuff. However I had an issue today that sort of rubbed me the wrong way. It was one of the staff working the front desk. Her name was Katie. I asked her if she could fax my dogs records to Holiday Barn and she told me she didn't have the fax number. She at first seemed unwilling to look that up for me. I just thought that she was a little rude and should have handled things a little different from the beginning. However she did look the fax number up finally and faxed the info over to them. I have worked a lot in offices, not a vets office, but in my opinion, they should have a list of these types of numbers available for these types of situations. Holiday Barn is really close to them. It's not like it's on the other side of town. Usually the staff are very friendly and helpful. Well watch out for any run ins with Katie. She did not come across as wanting to go above and beyond for the customer. I hate to complain but this was just not a good experience. Not what I ever expected from Dr. Taylors office.
