They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their clinical staff is very friendly and professional, the clerical staff is not.. I was embarrassed for the other patient in the waiting room who was having an insurance issue. They were speaking loud enough for those of us in the wating room to hear, theywere not willing to take the time to straighten out the issue and were unimpressed that they were dealing with a long standing patient. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling my issue had been addressed properly. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I went in with concern about a rash on my face and they told me upon looking at it that it was just "dry skin". I requested any additional information and they said they could do a biopsy so I accepted. They gave me samples of a lotion (which actually turned out to be an antifungal cream) and a two-week supply of an antibiotic. Both were free, which was nice because I don't have insurance. They told me to call in two weeks for the results, but when I called I was told that I could not hear the results because the doctors would not be in for another week. I still have not heard the results, but was disappointed enough with my experience to post this. I would recommend going somewhere else.
