I had gotten a gift certificate from someone for a manicure and a pedicure. I brought my 12 year old daughter along to see if I could just get two pedicures, She was excited. When I asked the receptionist if I could just get two pedicures with the gift card,instead of the manicure she shook her head yes. I didnt wait that long before I got into the chair but my daughter had to wait even though a chair opened up. They took a customer (ADULT) that came in after us. When my daughter got in the chair I felt like they rushed her pedicure to catch up with mine and did'nt provide her the same treatments. While I felt like they did a good job with mine I did'nt feel like my daughter and I had a fun time TOGETHER. To much surprise I still got charged $30.00, which I have no idea because I had the gift certificate. With gratituties I ended up still dropping $50.00 FOR WHICH I HAD A GIFT CARD FOR. I feel like they just dismissed the gift card and were trying to still make money on something that was already paid for by the gift card. Won't go back!
