Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
