They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I appreciated that they customized the massage to work around my injury. They always made sure I wasn't in any pain. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.
