Dr. Bashir Al Hussein Al Awamlh is a Urologic Oncologist and Assistant Professor of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He completed his urology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by a Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He also holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Vanderbilt University and earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman.Dr. Al Hussein is a urologic cancer surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and management of genitourinary malignancies, including prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular, and penile cancers. He provides comprehensive cancer care using both robotic and open surgical approaches, tailored to the complexity and stage of each patient’s disease.
