How does a business run with several complaints against the dietary supervisor? I worked in the dietary dept for a little over 30 days. First day on the job I wasn't even allowed to see how things were ran, I was just thrown into my position and they expected me to know what I was doing and know the format like I had been there for years. the supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. he was inappropriate with the female staff who shared inappropriate messages that he sent them on a regular basis. He constantly yelled, slammed things, talked about his staff to other staff putting people against each other and never took food temperatures on the food but made staff sign off. He talked about the owners like a dog and smiled in their faces every chance he got. With all of the complaints the owners have received about him and he is still there supervising , blows the human mind. he had low self esteem and no compassion for any human being. Horrible atmosphere that he created in that kitchen and that's why there is a revolving door. He is a direct reflection of wayside farms and with that being said I would advise anyone to stay away. He is going to cause that company a lawsuit. Worst job ever

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
