She was condescending and does not listen to you. Got the wrong prescription and had to go elsewhere to get it right. She had a fake smile the whole time while disregarding me and seemed in a hurry to get me out and on to the next patient. I will never be back. The chairs were gross.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
