The other reviews I see on this sight are completely opposite of what I have experienced with Dr. Martin and his office. Yes one time my appointment was cancelled but the staff made every effort to let me know in advance and had rescheduled it to the next day. Any time I have needed to see the Doctor for whatever reason time has been made for me and I currently have no insurance and pay a very low price for the excellent service Dr. Martin and his staff provide.

Ive gone here for years and it just keeps getting worse-appointments are constantly cancelled by the dr-you have to wait a year just to get another appointment! They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I still can't believe that I've been going there for a really long time and they still can't even remember my name. They treat me like I'm just another number instead of an actual person. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly.
