They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The black lady is a bitch. My appointment felt a little rushed. I felt The doctor is controlled by the black lady. She is arrogant and ignorant. The doctor is good however I question his expertise with my problem. The treatment is not personalised enough.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
