I recently visited the office and had the worst experience ever with Dr.Ramesh. He was rude and all he wanted to do was give me medication. I complained to his office manager, who was very nice and knowledgeable. She listened to what I had to say, although she couldn't help me as my complaint was about the owner of the practice, she apologized. The staff seems to be abused by Dr. RAMESH, every time I mentioned his name the front office staff had a terrified look on their faces. The psychiatrist needs to see one of his therapist and possible take some medication. He is awful!

Is there no option for zero stars? I arrived late because I had trouble locating the office even using my GPS. I called the office to verify that I would still be seen. Once I arrived and was filling out paperwork, Dr. Ramesh came outside and the woman at the front spoke with him about me still being seen and explained that I had gotten lost...without even looking or speaking to me, yet speaking in full voice to her he told her that he would not see me over a 15 minute delay! And I had taken the morning off of work for this appointment. The only saving grace for me was when his secretary asked me to reschedule I had the pleasure of saying that I would most definitely be finding a new doctor.

I will never return to Greenridge and do not recommend Dr. Ramesh at all. First, the staff is unpleasant and unprofessional. When you walk in, you are not greeted. The receptionist does the absolute minimum to stay employed - she does her job, but does not smile, greet you, explain things to you, etc. Very unprofessional. However, she is nothing compared to how terrible Dr. Ramesh is (and I use the moniker "Dr." loosely here).

I have never encountered a doctor who is as unprofessional as Dr. Ramesh. Dr. Ramesh asked me questions, and when I attempted to answer, interrupted me several times. When I asked to continue speaking, he became irritated. After I finished speaking, I asked Dr. Ramesh to share his thoughts, and he refused. In fact, he said "No comment" to me. This is a psychiatrist that I am paying money to see, who feels it is ok to not communicate with a patient? I told Dr. Ramesh "That's not fair, you are my doctor, I'm not a doctor, I need your opinion" and he still did not share his opinion on my situation. Rather, he said "I am doing what you told me to" and "I will refill your prescription like you told me to."
This type of treatment is completely unprofessional and irresponsible, especially for a doctor who treats psychiatric illnesses. I was very disturbed.
I should add, that I used to see a nurse practitioner at Greenridge who was wonderful. Several months ago, she mysteriously disappeared. When I tried to make an appointment with her, no one at Greenridge was helpful. I was essentially abandoned, which is completely unethical of the clinic. Eventually, they told me to see Dr. Ramesh. I have seen him twice, and after this last visit, will certainly never go back.
