Dr.Horn, was my doctor in 2014 I wish I would have stayed in his care. Now my life is worse then ever. Mood swings crazy thoughts hopelessness.despare, no energy worry sadness, angry loner. This list goes farther I will make an appointment if they will except me tomorrow in the morning.i have United healthcare dual complete.
