The receptionist is very rude. They do not believe in customer care. What happened to the patient is always right. What happened to try to accommodate the patient. In this practice, this is nonexistent.

very disorganized they NEVER answer the phone maybe because they are to busy joking with each other. my first visit they wanted to take blood for labs i asked if i should have been fasting they said oh yes lets do it another day the (office was empty), went back the next day to give the blood sample (office empty). today had a 10:20 appointment arrived at 10:28 was told my appointment was at 9:40 the message on voice mail clearly say's 10:20 they wanted me to reschedule told them no i will go to someone else. i tried to call them today 4 times NO ANSWER the office is empty of patients

I was seen by a women PA Dr. Schiss. She was hard to understand, never once looked at me while I was talking, She did not do a proper exam. I had to ask her if she was going to take my temperature. There was no empathy shown. Her long blond hair was unkept and greasy, She had stick on fingernails that seem to be inappropriate for a doctor taking care of patients as well as a bacteria breeding ground. The worst is, I have been dealing with a kidney infection and seem to be getting sicker. A med clinic put me on Cephalexin, She never once said that illness I was experiencing could be the side effects of that medication, I figured that out for myself and stopped taking it, I feel better! The only logical statement she made was" I would have put you on Cipro it is better for Kidney infections." Really? This is what I get from a doctor. FYI, the cipro prescription was never called in to my Walgreens. Never again will I go to a Conviva Care Center which is really sad for me. I have been going to that location for my medical issues for over 15 years and I have been Dr. Hays patient for over 20 years.

Dr couldn't answer when I should stop taking a medication I was taking before my surgery! She also said there was no one there to ask!
This was a prop appointment!
