the practice, not the doctor.
On Tues. Sept. 28, I got lost getting to the office and called from my cell. I spent 40 minutes before talking to someone! 20 min were in answering machine outer space, then I was told I'd be put through to the actual office, where I waited on their voicemail for another 20 minutes! I was less than 3 minutes way from the office when I first called, and could have gotten there quickly, had they answered the phone!!!!!!
