The management at the Hersloff in Hales corners is horrific!! They do not even do the minimum standard of care compared to even a simple Walmart vision center. The standard of care during the pandemic times of 2020 is to have Dr.'s at home write out an extension of some patients scripts so they can purchase one more month of contacts if their script has expired but they cant get in for an eye exam at this time because no one is doing them.. Walmart does this service for their patients at this time. Hersloff refuses. They are so unprofessional, they don't return messages, you have to call numerous times, one time they asked me if I brought along saline solution because they ran out of it. How can a vision place not have saline solution. Unprofessional and unethical place.
