I have known Dr. Gelch for over 20 yrs and have used his services on numerous occasions. He is very professional and a caring person. Respectful of your situation and helpful on many fronts. He will take care of your injury in a way that makes you feel like he really cares. That is because he does really care for his patients well being. If manipulation can be used to ease your pain he will let you know and if it will not benefit you he will advise that as well. My opinion of his ethics is that he is there to help first and to earn an income second. This is the best chiropractor in South Florida hands down. If your in pain and you have the means to see Dr. Gelch, he should be your first option. Dr. Gelch I thank you for years of being pain free and I will be very sad the day you decide to retire.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
