Completely incompetent (zero stars unfortunately not an option). My wife is bipolar and Dr. Liang says she wants to eventually take her off all of her meds because she thinks she is "...addicted" to her medicine. She is not "addicted", she needs the meds for her depression. She was supposed to prescribe the same meds my wife had been taking but low and behold, Dr. Liang has already reduced her dosage by two thirds on her very first prescription. Is she trying to kill her. Ridiculous! This woman is dangerous! My wife will not survive without her meds.

Horrible. The nurse practitioner asked me if I was on drugs (which was understandable considering my symptoms). I told her that I wasnt and at that point I was in a state of psychosis. She very coldly said that she was going to hand my prescription to the person who drove me there and that I didn't need a medication change and that she was going to talk to the doctor about me. She wouldnt look at me or acknowledge any of the symptoms that I was telling her (the ones i could remember, as at that point I was dissociating often and exhibiting symptoms i have no memory of). A couple days later I was admitted to the hospital for a severe psychotic depressive episode. I almost wanted to mail her the results of my pee sample to prove to her hey, I wasn't on drugs and you dismissed a mentally sick person who was actively psychotic and suicidal. I was so angry that I was treated like garbage and dismissed in spite of the fact that I was in desperate, desperate need of help and a medication change. Absolutely horrible.

Dr Li Liang Does Not deserve one single star for her services!??? My daughter and I attended our first client appointment and signed in at 2:55 PM to fill out the paperwork. Our appointment was at 3:15. As we entered the office, the temperature inside was probably in the 90s. It was way hotter inside the office than outside!. Luckily, the receptionist fixed that by turning on the air conditioning. So, my daughter and I are waiting for Dr Liang to call us in. After 50 minutes of waiting, Dr Li Liang opens the door, calls and takes another client instead who had just walked into the office and tells me: " Ohh I'm taking her in first since her appointment is shorter than yours. You are a new Client "... She closes the door!!!??.. Is this the lousiest unprofessional, insensitive mediocre customer service there is? My appointment was at 3:15pm, it is 4 pm and you are taking another client!! I have never experienced a situation like this in my life....and from the DR herself ?? We left the office right after that feeling frustrated and humiliated. It was a long hour waiting for nothing...I had to write this review to let people know that whenever you feel you are not treated with the respect you deserve in any setting but specially medical, it makes you wonder about the quality of care you will receive afterwards and Dr Li Liang is an example... Shame on you Dr Li Liang. No, I don't want your services anymore.

I have only been seeing Dr. Liang for a short while, but I am extremely impressed with her practice thus far. I left my prior doctor because I was unsatisfied, and after my first appointment with Dr. Liang I realized how right I was. In fact, I realized that my old doctor was absolutely terrible.

I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. She is an amazing doctor! Go see her! She genuinely cares about you and is very helpful. I have already noticed improvements.
