Dr. Deeves would tell me she didn't have time for me to input my next appointment into my phones calendar, but I have memory issues and I needed to do that immediately. She caused me to lose my disability pay due to inadequate notes, and when the case worker would call, she never returned a single message.

Worst psychiatrist I've ever had. Dr. Deeves treated me like I was stupid and I felt worse about myself every time I visited her. Many of my family members were also treated by Deeves, and they were left unsatisfied. One of my friends was seeing her before she left for college in the north east and also had a horrible experience. She called Dr. Deeves for a refill on her medication while she was going to college in the north east (she was being treated for severe anxiety) and Dr. Deeves refused to give her a refill on her medication unless she saw her in person, which was impossible because she was out of state! So unfortunately, my friend experienced awful withdrawal symptoms and bouts of severe anxiety without a refill AND Dr. Deeves charged her for the phone call to request a refill! No doctor has ever left me feeling less cared about than Dr. Deeves. She also never remembered me when I went to see her and would call me and my friend by names we don't go by...

I love how much attention to detail the office staff show. They are alway very polite and greeting me w/a professional smille and helpful tone .They take time out of their day to send me a reminder to help me remember the appointment.. They are extremely reliable. They never left me waiting for an appointment for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The front office staff does her best to try to answer any questions about insurance you may have. Dr.Deeves is amazing. She has helped me make it through the most difficult period of my life. I am eternally grateful to her. She is a wonderful doctor and person who I would highly recommend to my friends.
