If I could give a zero I would . Missed a severe neurological illness in my dog.
Gave yearly rabies vaccine for 3 years instead of One vaccine every three years.
Never drew on the dog because he said it was too hard.
My dog almost died due to his negligence

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Dr. Luckow has been our Vet for 3 cats and 1 dog for the last 15 years.
The quality of care has been exemplary, and he truly has saved our dog's life on 2 different occasions, once with an obstruction form a foreign body that he ate, requiring surgery, and the second time with an ingestion of too much chocolate.
I recommend all friends and family to his practice, and would never think to change doctors.

I wish they had been able to see my pet sooner, instead of making us wait in the waiting room for quite a while. I've waited longer at a few other places, but it was still way too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
