I was not at all happy with the way the ?secretary or? treated me, No compassion, kindness or even professionalism, My dog had a severe ear infection, was not eating, was very ill with a inflamed ear, which was visible on the inside of her ear flap.There was a younger lady that was taking down the information and the larger lady, said "No, they could not see my yorkie, (wonder if she even likes dogs?) I am a nurse and I do know that if the ear infection spreads into the brain and or the surrounding tissue round the brain it could be very serious, I will not be returning to this Vet as the representative showed no compassion or professionalism, whatso ever!

They are amazing! I love fircrest veterinary, they are always so willing to help, and listen to my concerns. They have taken such incredible care of my fur babies, even when my mother brought her Maggie in they helped her as well!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Dr. Eugenio's diagnosis was completely fraudulent. He gave me false information about my cat's condition. He was so busy trying to sell me expensive and unneeded services, he didn't take care of the emergency at hand. And it was an emergency. My cat needed immediate attention. By the time her illness was correctly diagnosed at another vet, it was too late to save her. There is no way this was an accidental mistake by Dr. Eugenio. He knew how sick she was. He was stringing me along to get as much money out of me as possible. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Eugenio to anyone.
