There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I called back after my second appointment when I was haing problems. They said I could come in and see the PA, but I decided to wait. When I called to confirm my third appointment, they said they would not schedule at this time without explaination. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
