They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. More to the point, Mr. Grogan seemed to believe my issues were issues that seemed to be pervasive in his life. He always had an answer or diagnosis that was based on his experiences not what I had related to him or said.
