Great overall experience. We were referred to Jackson by therapy group. We needed a couple items for the bathroom and the worker offered us a free home accessibility evaluation. We bought the bathroom items we needed and we really appreciated the home evaluation. The person that came out from Jackson gave us some very good suggestions that we hadn't thought about yet. We haven't moved forward on any of their suggestions yet but when we do it will definitely be with Jackson.

actually they supprised me, without knowing much information about me, they alowed me to take thier equipment at no charge for the weekend and try it, then when the sale was made they allowed me to keep the expencive loaner untill my new equipment came in.
