Terrible customer service. I showed up with 2 tanks. One of them a rental of theirs . And the other a personal owned tank I had just swapped for somewhere else. I told the man I was trying to return their rental and just fill my personal tank. They then told me that I would have to get my personal tank hydro tested. after showing the guy at roadrunner oxygen that the date of the test was from 2016 (still good til 2021) . He then told me to take my business somewhere else and said he was taking the "good" tank back . Even though the "good" tank was last tested in 2015, and would need to be serviced even sooner than the one they were trying to charge me a test for . Absolute nonsense. Waste of gas . Don't bother

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
