Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
