Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.

This hospice was horrible. The first nurse insisted on keeping my mother druged. She would not listen when we told her (" she's allergic to that"). She was fired when they found out she was doing this to other patients. As well as billing medicare for visits she did not make. The next nurse while very nice was also very forgetful. Not a good thing when your forgetting to order medication, and oxygen canisters. The third nurse just acted like she didn't want to touch my mother. She was the worst when it came to answering her phone. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.
