My experience while my loved one was in the hospice was helped by the friendly and supportive caretakers. They were compassionate, ready to listen and ready to answer any questions.Their primary concern was for my loved one's comfort and for family members and friends to find a peaceful place to visit and recoup. This facility was a high quality place in terms of equipment and personnel. During a tough period, this place shared peace, kindness, and sincere concern. Highly recommend.

Our family was fortunate to have found the Hospice House. We used it twice and both times were so impressed with the staff, the warm atmosphere of the cottages and the respect for the end of life.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
