The staff is friendly. At first, I felt Dr. Robin really took the time to listen. However, several months later I feel like she is still wanting to pursue her "canned" treatment instead of looking at what might be truly going on with me as an individual. I also feel she is somewhat disrespectful in her tone, at times, talking down to me when I am trying to ask questions and get answers. I have decided to look elsewhere for treatment as I feel she hasn't gotten to the root of my ongoing symptoms.

The waiting room and facility is new and immaculate. They are very welcoming and willing to spend as much time as possible. Very spacious, great music and staff. I always leave there feeling like they care and take my needs seriously. Highly recommended.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Dr. Thomson is extremely knowledgeable about chronic diseases, particularly Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella. She trained in New York City with Dr. Bernard Raxlen, MD. She stays up to date with all the medical research and really listens to my concerns and wishes regarding treatment. I highly recommend her to treat almost any condition.
