I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. I was satisfied with my beauty treatment. I liked what they did and will be going back. Their prices were very fair. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

It is pretty obvious that someone who works for the salon wrote the top reviews, giving them high remarks, as the grammar and sentence structure is incredibly similiar.

I had an appointment for a groupon I received last month, and made it very clear that I had to be in and out in a certain time frame, in order to get to work. The hairdresser (I can't remember her name) called and said she was running late by 10 minutes. So, 30 minutes later, she showed up. She told me my hair was not colored well and she could fix it, for a price. I told her I just wanted the groupon. So after insulting me, she highlighted my hair, which after her bragging, I thought would be wonderful, but it does not even look like I got anything done. She was sweet, likes to talk about herself, but I just could not believe her manner. She did not even apologize for being late, I can't handle that type of behavior when you are working for a customer.

I wouldn't recommend my hairdresser, but the other girls in the salon seemed to be great. Go at your own risk.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Megan (sp?) was so rude. Complete trash, if you know what I mean. Cussing and cigarette smoke everywhere. She does not know how to color hair - my hair is completely uneven and now breaking off and falling out!! Disgusting horrible experience. SAVE yourself - DO NOT go here...especially to Megan.
