I have been going to Dino for years. Followed him from salon to salon and this is the best yet. I have thick hair and Dino was the first I found in this area that could cut thick hair. He tells me what will work for me (I am a 'lazy; hair person and want something simple without having short hair) And when I wanted my red on black hair he went for it (though talked me out of the streaks explaining it would probably do more damage to my hair and I wouldn't like to put up with what I would have to go through) Even Rick is great and even though I always wait too long, it is like going to see old friends.
