By far the most uninterested doctor in my well-being and rudest man I have ever met. This is a physician with a 'god-complex' and not a healthcare practitioner who cares about their patients.

I saw Dr. Agliano for the first time today. His manner is a bit odd and I felt more like a number than a person. He gave me what was obviously the same spiel that he gives everyone. Also, the staff are obviously trained to sell an in office procedure for sinus drainage on everyone. The tech asked me about scheduling a sinus drainage before anything had even been looked at or diagnosed. I am probably not going to go back.

This was the worst experience I have had with a doctor's office staff. Dr. Agliano was great and did a fantastic job explaining my prognosis. However, his staff made it impossible to continue using his services. Not only did they put a random patient onto my insurance, but then had me pay for what appears to be their services. I'm still trying to figure out if I did or did not pay for someone's appointment. I also called on five different occasions to find out billing information as well as set up new appointments and was never able to speak with someone directly. When my calls were returned, the staff was short and incredibly rude. I have decided to change doctor's and when requesting all of my information be faxed to a new provider, the nurse was short and tried to explain all the things she had done to "help. " She was defensive and spoke to me as if I was a child I will not be returning and hope Dr. Agliano is able to make some changes for his services.
