Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Be prepared to wait to see this doctor (I have waited for up to 90 minutes to be seen).
Samuel Caughron has a “paperless office”, which means this doctor types (with two fingers) while speaking to you and rarely looks up from his lay-top to make eye contact.
When he examined me he did not put down his laptop for more than two minutes and that was just long enough to use his stethoscope and fondle my breast.
Check your medical records after your appointment and you will see that he has inaccurately recorded your problem and most of what you said. He uses quotes often in the records; unfortunately he is inaccurate and does not even grammatically phrase correctly to be a quote.
This is the kind of doctor that will give you a breast examination for an injured ankle. He treated me disrespectful and attempted to impose his religious beliefs on me. I advise anyone that this doctor boarders on unethical and was definitely inappropriate with this female patient / ex-patient. His inappropriate behaviors were called and reported.
