Recently had a loved one in the facility and could not have been more
pleased with every aspect of treatment and care.

The nurses and staff were well trained and helpful. Every question
I asked was answered immediately.

The food was very good and well prepared.

The management was pleasant to work with and did not try to over-
charge.

I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Because this facility is owned by one person, he is very aware of what goes on. I have a sister at Sunnybrook in CC with advanced dementia. Those women who provide for her are the sweetest nicest people.
We had her in two other nursing homes in Corpus run by big corporations and the administrators didn't give a hoot what was going on or cared.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
