NEVER take your loved one here the worst of the worst employee's they are my 9 year old grand baby is nicer than their staff and is more capable of taking care of somebody than they are ..... then transportation of your loved one to a doctors appointment they just took my Dad to his doctors appointment and dropped him off and left him if I would not have gone he just would have been abandoned when his appointment was done they we're not their to pick him up ,I called them they said it would be an hour for him to be picked up.... Talk about BULLSHIT...... They are getting paid way to much for this kind of treatment !!!!!!

My Mother had the very bestof care while she was in the facility. It is also a very difficult job and requires kind and careing people to do this job on a daily basis.
It would be nice if all extended care facilitys were allowed to hire enough people to make the job easier on all involved but in all my years have never seen one that is staffed as good as it should be.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

This is the WORSE facility I have ever seen! The employees are rude, disrespectful, and threatening. I observed one employee yelling at a young woman for picking up a piece of trash and throwing it in the dumpster. He used foul language and was completely disrespectful. Another group of employees were asked not to smoke around a new born, the group of employees did it anyway. I would never place a family member in this place. If for no other reason than how their employees behave! It is impossible to get the administrator on the phone when you have a complaint. Apparently he/she is to 'busy' to deal with such things.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
