We had my father there. I wish we had removed him sooner. The nurse would grab my father squeeze his mouth open and make him take his pills. Then make him drink water. He would choke. But she didn't care. Other times they would ignore him and not give him his meds. When he needed help no one was ever around. Yet the workers were always on break or at the nurses station.. They do not care about the patient's. They are just a paycheck to them. The patients are in there for a reason. They need help not neglect or abusr. If you have a loved one in there I feel sorry for them. Go in unexpected you will see that place is not safe.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

just go by there when they don't think your coming, and you will see what all is going on. sometime the cna's have 20 patients to one aid. not enought time to properly take care of each person. they need to clean up their act before someone is hurt or dies. old people are human just like you or i they just can't help themselves. clean up your act before it's to late. i thought nursing homes were suppose to be better than this.

I have a family member in Hospitality now and we love it. The staff go out of their way to make us feel like family and their nursing and rehab department are top notch. We will certainly let every one know to take their family there for rehab or long term care. Thank you Hospitality for everything.

My mother was there for rehab. They did not have airconditioning on a very warm night. My mother had fever. They suggested I purchase a fan for her. There are sliding glass doors to a courtyard that do not lock and they do that by design. They did finally find a fan but when we went to plug it in, the socket did not have a cover on it.
We arrived on a Saturday and were told only then that a therapist would not see her until Monday. Over all the stay was unacceptable.

I wrote an review earlier and sumbitted it,but its not up,maybe because it was long, trying again but shorter.
Very dasapointed with the service. Reasons are listed below
1) staff careless w/ prescriptions...I asked a front desk nurse for a pen n paper and saw small piece of paper on counter and to use it, later i saw that the front was a residents PRESCRIPTION for pain meds. I returned to nurse n she didnt even seem to care, just
"dont worry bout it"
2) steals stuff) when my gpa had to go back to hospital, my aunt came for his possessions and his watch was missing, he didnt have it on him when he went to hospital and staff denied any knowledge of missing watch and supervisor said she d look into it but never heard back in spite of mutiple messages left.
3) staff is not helpful at all ...if a resident is in visible need of help, staff will not help, only will help if they HAVE to, if not...they ll pretend they dont see resident.

Very upset by experience of having loved one in this place, will not recommend to worst enemy.
