They are very responsive to the needs of my brother. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The only criticism we have is the cleanliness of the building and patient rooms. The elevators are dirty the patient rooms and floors are not mopped or cleaned. On admission my sister had to clean the bedside stand as it was diirty and had gum stuck in the drawers, dust and crud under the bed. Lots of people need jobs. Hire more housekeepers or make sure the ones you have do a better job. Get volunteer art students to paint some murals on the walls to brighten the place up.

The worst place ever, The Administrator "NEIL BOWSER" is not the friendliest person, and or most of there staff is not either.
This place is just a big cover up.
Overall stay away from this place.....

This was based on an entire overall experience with both the 4a unit and rehad on 2. When averaging, 4a score was so low it dramatically decreased overall evaluation. Employees generally not helpful to point of rudeness. Meds were either not given for 3 days , some chronically later than ordered, or excuses made that they were not available. Patient was bypassed twice at mealtime, so dietary needs were not fulfilled. Upon visiting 2nd day , the patient was stuck in a wheelchair too narrow and the sides were pressing into her legs. She said she had called a short while prior to my arrival for assistance in going to the bathroom, and waited another 25 minutes after I got there. I had received a call from her that morning to bring her walker in from home, as there were not any available. When finished in the bathroom, it was 24 minutes by wristwatch before anyone came to help her out and back into bed. Even when I had caled and spoke to the house supervisor that morning Iwas informed she was no longer a patient at the facility. After confirming by means of additional calls to the unit station, it was determined that she indeed was still a resident, had not expired, but was transferred to the rehab unit on 2. If all the units were such as this one, the facility could have at least earned a 3 star rating. Sadly, this is not so.
