The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
