This is the WORST palce I have ever been to. We had to move my Mother out of here she did not feel safe. Patients wondered the all halls at all times of the night. The staff was slow. Admin was doing everything so that she would not go somewhere else.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This place was cold and smelled like a serious piss hole. My cousin was not attended to and was only checked on once a day. He did't eat for over a week and someone did nothing about it. I wouldn't take my worst enemies dog there. This place has some serious issues and seems like a pre-death place for people who must have no insurance and just need to finish their last days somewhere. SAD!!!!!

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They played loud music in the first floor in the evening when workers were supposed to be cleaning.. It was not professional and was very annoying. Most of the time there was no staff at the front desk. When leaving from a visit with my husband , the doors were locked and often I had to go back to the 2nd floor to tell staff I needed them to open the doors. I think that this is an unsafe environment!

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
