my experience with this place was and is not a good review,, some of the staff are really nice and helpful,,but there are the others words are limited in how I couls describe the,,, not so inpressed in a lot of areas,,so much horse play and not enough concern for certain patients or for their well being, would not recommend this place for very long term patients or short term for that matter,,, the smell is horrible by the patients rooms, seen a lot of thing that could causes cross contamination,,in all 1/2 out of a 5 star rating is what I would give this place

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
