We placed my mother here for a weekend to see how things would work out as we were looking for a long term care facility. I would highly recommend against placing a loved one in this facility. Our mother was on soft foods and as I walked in I viewed the nurse telling another to stop feeding that particular patient so they could get out of the cafeteria area. At that point is when she saw me walking in. The look on my mothers face was one I had not seen before. She hadn't been fed any of her food. The nurse had the nerve to tell me, "she won't eat". Hmm..what the hec! Of course she won't, she can't! She's unable to feed herself and the food "must" be soft. All of this was indicated on her chart. Way too much to type. I reported the facility to APS. DO NOT take your love one here.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. When you are on hold waiting for someone, the recording says "Whatever it takes to meet the individuals needs are top priority with love" - - not a chance - only if it meets what they want to do.
