I've been Dr. Keeland's patient for over 20 years. She has treated me for wide angle glaucoma and done laser surgery on me for narrow angle. She is an excellent doctor and has good interpersonal skills--even despite the fact that doctors are barely allowed to spend any time with each patient owing to packed schedules. Highly recommend. She is always on the ball, cautious but never over-treats a condition. Always seems completely focused and interested in me as a patient. Inspires trust.

I have been to more good opthalmologists over my 50 years of serious eye problems than have most. Dr. Keeland, recommended to me by a famous eye surgeon in Dallas, is very intelligent, is very inquisitive about any facts or conditions that will affect her diagnosis, and is focused on the patient. I recommend her.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
