I have seen Dr. Banks for a few times now. He helped me get on the right medications and I've been feeling much better. He has always been good to answer my questions and work with me. He has been good about returning my calls when I've had concerns.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. This Doctor has no intention of actually helping anyone except for "Medication Management" as he so eloquently put it.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
