I have had several office visits each of which had a 2 hour wait in the waiting room past my appointed time. He does not listen to patients. When I was trying to explain my symptoms he kept suggesting treatments that I knew would not work. He kept saying that it was allergies. It clearly was not allergies because my symptoms were very specific to specific actions that did not involve allergies. I had the allergy test done which proved that I did not have allergies yet he still insisted that I did. I had the balloon septoplasty done and was never given any post op instructions which caused scar tissue to develop and left me no better off... Now I have to have another septoplasty done by a different doctor of course. In post op appointments he spent less than 5 minutes time with me and blamed me for allowing scar tissue to form. Total hack and QUACK! Do NOT go to this office or this doctor! He is just in it to spend as little time with you as possible and then send you to the operating room so he can hear his money! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The doctor answered none of my questions, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand since there was not enough chairs.

Dr. Brown did my sinus surgery and I was left with two large holes in my brain on both sides of my nose. Because of this I developed a CSF leak and had to have two corrective surgeries (by a different doctor), one was a bifrontal craniotomy, which required a metal plate to be permanently placed in my forehead. He never took responsibility and went so far as to blame me for blowing the bone out by blowing my nose. Before you let this man near you PLEASE stop and think about the things in your life that could be forever changed…… Your mental well-being. The health problems that you will never be free of. The emotional trauma your children will have to live with the rest of their lives. The added stress on your spouse because they have to care for you while trying to support the family alone, because you can no longer work.
Don’t just assume that you will have a simple surgery and everything will be fine!
