I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't appreciate that they didn't take the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had to do my own research. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
