Very nice doctor, very patient. Office staff was helpful & hearing test completed every year. Takes many insurance including medicaid.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Poor bedside manner and rude office staff. Doc misdiagnosed me and would not anwer any of my questions. Don't waste your time with this doc!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I got my test results back so quickly here. I really appreciated their urgency and it showed me how much they care about their patients. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
