Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
