I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Never, they are very reliable.

Dr. Fusella made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered during the visit. His staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was somewhat easy to locate. I always feel as though my concerns are addressed and I am taken seriously. Despite how busy this doctor is I never feel rushed or as though he doesn't have time.
