I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours and no one mentioned that the dr. was running late. I was furious! I lose respect immediately when I, myself, am not respected! Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I found a Dr. who listens.I will not be returning to Dr. Ellis,..

I want to make sure that I am correct about his locations. I have seen him in Blue Springs and Lee's Summit. This is about Dr John Ellis ENT. I want to warn women to have a nurse in room with the dr and you. I couldn't believe what he did. I will tell you and let you decide if you would feel as I did. I was sitting on the exam table with my legs crossed. He was standing to my left, as usual, I had seen him 2 or 3 times before so every thing seemed normal. Again, I was sitting on exam room table with right leg crossed over left leg. He put his hand on my crossed leg lifted it to uncross legs . He quickly stood in front of me, and grabbed my other knee and really fast Dr Ellis threw my knees wide open, thrust and I mean thrust himself toward me stopping 2 inches from my gynocological area. He straightened his body so that he remained 2 inches from me down there and now he was 2 inches from my face. I froze, He stayed in this position. I don,t know what happened after that. I was in shock. I am now suffering from acute stress disorder. It has been around 3 months, and I'm still shaking, walking around in a fog and sometimes don't know where I am. I don't even know if he had actually penetrated me that I would be in worse shape.I'm shaking badly just writing this. I have thought, prayed and cried over and over again. I am not seeking a lawsuit at this time unless he comes after me. I have a responsibility to alert all women. I feel so sad that he did this. I will be better but this has torn me apart.
