Dr. Bright spent most of his time with me talking about himself and about upping my medication. Even when I told him that I couldn't function on the amount of antianxiety drugs he had me on. I didn't enjoy his bedside manor nor the unfriendly staff he employs in his office. He honestly did not provide me with anything other than meds that weren't helping. I waited entirely too long to even be seen every time I went in. I felt ripped off for what "treatment" I paid for. I wish I hadn't wasted my time or money.

They have severe issues with scheduling appointments. On multiple occasions, I would call to see how late the doctor was running (usually over one hour, which is difficult when you have to take off work to go) they would not even have my appointment on the schedule. Twice I had to reschedule appointments because I did not have the money for my copay. After the second time, the doctor would not refil my meds until I came in and paid him for an appointment. When i finally did get my appointment scheduled, I called to check the time because I didn't get a confirmation call the day before. They had put my appointment down for two days earlier and it was considered a no show. The doctor refunsed to see me after not showing up for one appointment that was not scheduled on the right day.

I had to wait for a little while.

Yes, I always had their full attention

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Dr. Bright is one of the most personable psychiatrists I've had in a LONG time (for those of you who have experience with psychiatrists, it's saying a lot!) He asked all of the right questions, showed concern for me, and I never once saw him look at a clock even though I know I went over my allotted appointment time. I would recommend him to anyone else!
